For the second year in a row we’ve had a colder winter than normal. But, the good news is that it looks like old man winter has let go of his grip in Florida and we’ve had several days of weather nearing 80 degrees. This has fish turned on in the New Port Richey, Tarpon Springs, St. Pete and Tampa Bay areas.
